Semantic Line Breaks
A little more meaning in every line.
Read the specificationMany lightweight markup languages, including Markdown, reStructuredText, and AsciiDoc, join consecutive lines with a space. Semantic Line Breaks use that behavior to structure prose along semantic boundaries: a line break after each sentence, and often after a clause.
The rendered output stays the same. In source, the text becomes easier to author, edit, and read. The specification at sembr.org describes when a line break must, should, or may occur.
